Sandy Onken Fiek

Selling 150 homes isn’t easy, but Sandy makes it seem that way.  Her well-informed and sound market knowledge combined with her tenacity, sensibility and calm demeanor affords her clients peace of mind throughout the transaction.

Sandy has successfully navigated clients through varying market conditions.  Together with her business partner, Diane Onken, she has sold single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, condos and TIC’s from Sea Cliff to West Portal to Outer Sunset to Crocker Amazon to the Financial District and beyond.  In one small neighborhood alone near St. Francis Wood, they have sold 42 homes!  Neighbors choose to work with Team Onken after they witness the marketing acumen, professionalism and success Sandy and Diane bring.

Out-of-town sellers have entrusted Sandy with all aspects of the sale: pre-market preparation, managing contractors and home improvements, ensuring beautiful staging, marketing the property, evaluating offers and negotiating the best possible deal.

Sandy has been part of the real estate industry virtually her entire life. Growing up in Newport Beach, California, she witnessed her mother hold residential top producer status for over 25 years while her father was a commercial real estate attorney.  She saw firsthand the hard work and dedication required and parlayed her upbringing into a strong work ethic and thriving career.

Sandy recently took on a leadership role in the San Francisco Association of Realtors as she is the Vice Chairman, Grievance Committee.  Sandy looks to ways to help those in need and feels happy to deliver Meals on Wheels.

Sandy earned her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and her MBA with honors from the University of San Francisco.  She has been a longtime San Franciscans homeowner.  She lives with her husband and two teenage daughters, so understands firsthand the nuances of what it takes to raise a family and navigate school choices in the Bay Area.
